Meal Plan: Week 2

This week, I have a few of our family favorites planned! As always, I used my trusty meal planner through PlantoEat.com! (No affiliation, I just love the planner to bits!)

Lemon Butter Chicken (I originally planned this for last week and got the ingredients but we had to bump it!)

Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Simple Salisbury Steak with Candied Carrots

Oven Baked BBQ Chicken Tacos

Beef Enchiladas

I typically plan for at least one night of leftovers and oftentimes one date night out OR a fly-by-the-seat-of-my pants type of meal… like sketchy college dorm food… Sometimes that plan is fun and successful, but other times we end up eating string cheese and drinking beer… it’s all about balance haha!
