Dinner tonight was steak and cabbage soup! I typically don’t work off of a recipe for broth-based soups, especially if I have a surplus of vegetables (fresh or frozen) that need to get used. Tonight, I seared chopped steak with onions, added chopped carrots, celery, radishes, garlic, and cabbage, then topped it off with a bit of oregano, basil, salt, and pepper! I served this hearty soup with French bread for a killer, healthy meal! What did you have for dinner?
